So before we can start your renovation we want to have a really good understanding of your expectations, and of course, you need to know what you will get from us in return.

To ensure the planning and budgeting process is successful they have drawn up a list of questions we should consider together from the outset.

What is your end goal? Is your budget realistic?

How long is the project likely to take from start to finish?

Is building consent required?

Throughout the renovation what will happen to pets, kids, valuables and so on?

Where will skips and vehicles be placed during the process?

Are you best to live off-site while the work is being done?

Is your insurance cover suitable once the project is underway?

Are you best to replace, repair or restore some elements within the scheme?

What guarantees are involved on the work we do?

What happens if unforeseen variances crop up midway through a build?

How can you be sure you are using good products and materials?
